MBAs Without Borders

Developing People and Nations - MBAs Without Borders (MWB) is a not-for-profit organisation that strives to contribute to the business and social development of upcoming nations through work rotations of early career MBA professionals.
They find local businesses or not-for-profits/international businesses working towards the better good of developing countries and then recruit MBAs who best support such businesses for a period of 1-12 months.
MWB is able to do this by raising funds via a cost-sharing arrangement with partners abroad and at home. It costs MWB between $15000-$25000 per project and while the partners can support anywhere from 10-100%, MWB raise any remaining funds by partnering with individual donors, corporate donors and MBA programs.
MBAs recruited are from top MBA schools in Canada, USA, Europe and Asia who are currently doing their MBA (1-2 years work experience), or MBA graduates (2-3 years work experience) or MBA professionals (5+ years work experience).
